Yes. We ship to every state and union territory in India — including metro cities, Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns, the North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and the island territories — from our base in Mumbai. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment.

After dispatch, estimated delivery is 2–4 business days in Mumbai and Maharashtra, 3–5 days across West and Central India, 4–7 days for the rest of mainland India, and 7–10 days for the North-East, J&K, Ladakh and island territories. Timeframes are indicative and can vary by courier and location.

Yes. You can request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with seals and tags intact. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect — in which case NJ Mart covers return shipping.
