These Terms & Conditions govern your use of njmarrt.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of products from NJ MART Private Limited (“NJ MART”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing, registering an account, or placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions and our policies referenced here, including our Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use the Website. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
3. Orders & Pricing
All prices on the Website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, product unavailability, or suspected fraud. An order is confirmed only once we have accepted it and, where applicable, received payment.
4. Payments
Payment may be made online through our payment partner Cashfree using the available methods (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets), or in cash at our office for eligible orders. Online payments are processed securely by Cashfree; NJ MART does not store your full card or banking details. Your order is treated as paid only after we receive confirmation of a successful transaction (for online payments) or the cash amount (for office-cash orders).
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines are calculated based on the weight of the products and the destination, and are shown at checkout where applicable. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier, location, or circumstances beyond our control. Title and risk in the products pass to you upon delivery.
6. Distributor / Sponsor Attribution
NJ MART operates a distributor-led model. If you place an order under a valid Independent Distributor or sponsor reference, that order may be attributed to the relevant distributor for the purpose of network credit. Attribution does not change the price you pay or the products you receive. If no valid distributor reference is provided, the order is treated as a direct sale.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and the NJ MART name and marks — is the property of NJ MART Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NJ MART shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website or the products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
