1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, registering an account, or placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website. This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require a physical or digital signature.

2. Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to buy from the Website. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, to keep it up to date, and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close an account that contains false information or is used in breach of these Terms.

3. Products & Product Information

We sell ayurvedic, wellness, nutritional, personal-care, home-care, bio-magnetic and allied consumer products for personal use in India. We take care to describe products accurately, but product images are indicative and packaging, batch, shade or formulation may vary from what is shown. Colours may render differently on different screens.

Products are sold for personal consumption or use only, and not for resale outside our authorised distributor arrangements. We may limit the quantity of any product per order, per customer or per address.

Food and nutraceutical products are sold under FSSAI Licence No. 21518043000265. Please read the label, ingredient list, directions for use and expiry date on the pack before consuming any product.

4. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

The products sold on the Website are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Any description of traditional ayurvedic use, benefit or wellness outcome is general information only, is not a medical claim, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Results vary from person to person, and no specific result is promised or guaranteed. Please consult a qualified medical practitioner before starting any product, and especially if you are pregnant or nursing, are under 18, have a diagnosed medical condition, or are taking prescription medication. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience any adverse reaction. Nothing on the Website constitutes medical advice or a doctor–patient relationship.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout before payment. The total payable amount is displayed to you before you confirm payment, and that is the only amount that will be charged — we levy no hidden or post-checkout fees.

Prices, offers, discounts and availability may change at any time without prior notice. Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description. Where this happens, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at the incorrect price: we will cancel the order and refund the full amount paid, as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a binding contract only when we confirm acceptance and, for prepaid orders, receive successful payment confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in the circumstances listed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, including product unavailability, pricing error, unserviceable pincode, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorised use of a payment instrument.

7. Payments

Online payments on the Website are processed by Razorpay, our authorised payment aggregator, supporting UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. Eligible customers may also pay in cash at our Mumbai office.

• Card, UPI and banking credentials are entered on Razorpay’s PCI-DSS compliant systems. NJ MART never sees or stores your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or net-banking password.
• An order is treated as paid only once we receive confirmation of a successful transaction from Razorpay, or the cash amount at our office.
• You confirm that any payment instrument you use belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees from a legitimate source of funds.
• Payment failures, duplicate debits and reversals are handled as described in Section 3 of our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• We may place an order on hold or cancel it where a transaction is flagged as high risk by us, by Razorpay or by your bank, pending verification.

Chargebacks. If you believe a charge is unauthorised or an order has gone wrong, please contact us first — most issues are resolved faster directly than through a bank dispute. Where a chargeback is raised, we will respond to your bank with the order, delivery and communication records. Raising a chargeback for goods that were delivered and accepted, while also retaining the goods, may lead us to suspend the account and to recover the amount through lawful means.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

We ship across India. Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines are based on the weight of the products and the destination and are shown at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to courier, location or circumstances beyond our control. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Title and risk in the products pass to you on delivery to the address you provided. Please ensure the delivery address and phone number are accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel.

9. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

You may cancel free of charge before dispatch, and may request a return within 7 days of delivery on eligible products. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full. 10. Independent Distributor Programme

NJ MART operates a direct-selling model in which Independent Distributors purchase and resell our products. Participation is entirely optional — anyone may buy from the Website as an ordinary retail customer without joining, and at the same listed price.

• An Independent Distributor is a self-employed, independent contractor. They are not an employee, agent or partner of NJ MART, and may not make any representation or promise on our behalf.
• Distributor earnings arise from the sale of products to end consumers. NJ MART does not pay for recruitment or enrolment in itself.
• No level of income is promised, projected or guaranteed. Earnings depend on individual effort, sales skill and market conditions, and many participants earn little or nothing. Any figures shown anywhere on the Website are illustrations of the calculation method, not expected or typical earnings.
• Any product kit or package that a distributor buys is a purchase of goods at the stated price, and is covered by the same cancellation and refund rights as any other order.
• If an order is placed under a valid distributor or sponsor reference, it may be attributed to that distributor for network credit. Attribution never changes the price you pay or the products you receive. Orders without a valid reference are treated as direct retail sales.
• Distributors must comply with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 and must not make medical, therapeutic or income claims about our products or programme.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose;
• use another person’s payment instrument, identity or account without authorisation, or place orders you do not intend to pay for or accept;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any account, or probe, scan or test its security;
• introduce viruses, malicious code, or use bots, scrapers or automated means to harvest data or place orders;
• interfere with the normal operation of the Website, or impose an unreasonable load on its infrastructure;
• post or transmit anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, infringing, or that violates another person’s privacy or rights; or
• resell, republish or commercially exploit the Website or its content.

12. Reviews & User Content

Where the Website allows you to post reviews, ratings or other content, you confirm it is your own genuine experience and is accurate. Do not post medical claims, other people’s personal information, promotional material or anything unlawful. You grant NJ MART a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and reproduce such content in connection with the Website. We may edit, refuse to publish, or remove content that breaches these Terms, without notice.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, layout, and the NJ MART and NJ MARRT names and marks — is the property of NJ MART Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Third-party trademarks shown on the Website remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Third-Party Services & Links

The Website relies on third-party services including Razorpay for payments and courier partners for delivery, and may contain links to third-party websites. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party site, and a link does not imply endorsement.

15. Disclaimers

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or free of viruses, or that any defect will be corrected. We may modify, suspend or withdraw the Website or any product listing at any time. Nothing in this section affects the statutory rights of a consumer, or our obligation to supply goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NJ MART shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Website or the products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NJ MART, its directors, employees and partners against any claim, loss, liability or reasonable expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your misuse of the Website or the products.

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, fire, flood, strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions, transport or courier disruption, power outages, or failures of internet, hosting, banking or payment infrastructure.

19. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — will continue to apply.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, our products, or the law. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your order is governed by the Terms in force on the date you placed it; continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

21. General

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign ours to a successor of our business. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and NJ MART regarding the Website.

22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach a consumer forum where you reside, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

23. Grievance Redressal & Contact

For any question or complaint about these Terms, an order, or the Website, please contact us. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and we aim to resolve them within 30 days. You may also contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or file a complaint at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
