NJ MART Private Limited (“NJ MART”, “we”, “us” or “our”) ships orders placed on njmarrt.com across India from our base in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes, and how shipping charges are calculated.
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all States and Union Territories across India, including metro cities, Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns, the North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and the island territories. Delivery is subject to the destination pincode being serviceable by our courier partners. If we are temporarily unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you and arrange a refund where applicable.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of successful payment (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During sale periods or in case of unforeseen demand, processing may take slightly longer; we will keep you informed.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch (these are indicative and may vary with courier and location):
- Mumbai & Maharashtra: 2–4 business days
- West & Central India (Gujarat, MP, Goa, Karnataka, Telangana, Chhattisgarh): 3–5 business days
- Rest of mainland India (North, South & East): 4–7 business days
- North-East, J&K, Ladakh & island territories: 7–10 business days
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and the total weight of your order, and are shown clearly before you pay. Charges start from ₹50 and increase with distance zone and parcel weight. The exact shipping fee for your order is always displayed on the checkout page before payment is confirmed.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you can view its status on the order page in your account. You will also receive updates on the contact details provided at checkout. For any help with tracking, please contact us using the details below with your order number.
6. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Deliveries may be delayed by factors outside our control, such as weather, transport disruptions, regional restrictions, or incorrect or incomplete address details.
