Refund & Returns Policy

At NJ MART Private Limited (“NJ MART”, “we”, “us” or “our”) we want you to be satisfied with every purchase from njmarrt.com. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when and how you can request a refund or return.

1. Refund Window

You may request a refund or return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this 7-day window may not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.

2. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund directly from the relevant order on your account’s order page, or by contacting us using the details below. Please include your order number and the reason for the return so we can process your request quickly.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, seals, and tags intact. Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are not in resalable condition may not be eligible. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain consumable or personal-care items may be non-returnable once the seal is broken, unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. For orders paid online through Cashfree, the refund is credited to the same card, bank account, UPI, or wallet used for the payment. For orders paid in cash at our office, the refund is provided as cash at the office or by another mutually agreed method.

5. Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved online refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, after which the credit may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Shipping & Return Notes

Where a return requires the product to be shipped back to us, please pack it securely to avoid damage in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received. In such cases, NJ MART will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
