Consume 30ml, twice a day regularly with lukewarm water. Consume within 30 days after opening. After opening, keep the container air tight and refrigerated. Shake well before each time you use. Avoid during pregnancy. Or use as directed by physician. Store in a cool and dry place. Protect from direct sunlight.

Tulsi: may slow blood clotting — avoid two weeks before surgery; may lower blood sugar; caution with anticoagulants. Aloe Vera: oral use — avoid in pregnancy (laxative effect, uterine stimulation); do not use latex fraction long-term; may lower blood glucose. Shatavari: avoid in estrogen-sensitive conditions without medical advice; caution in severe kidney disease.
