• Ipomoea turpethum (Nishoth)

Take 5 to 10 grams with lukewarm water immediately after dinner / the evening meal.

Liquorice (Mulethi): May raise blood pressure — avoid or use with caution in hypertension; may cause fluid retention and low potassium with prolonged use; interacts with antihypertensives, corticosteroids, and diuretics. Triphala component (Terminalia chebula / Harad): May cause loose stools or cramping at high doses; avoid during pregnancy; caution with blood thinners.
