Amla: high doses may cause loose stools; may enhance anticoagulant effects — caution with blood thinners. Triphala (Harad/Haritaki, Baheda, Amla): may cause loose stools or cramping at high doses; avoid during pregnancy; caution with blood thinners due to Haritaki content.
