• Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa) — Root — 1.5 g per 100 ml
• Gokhura (Tribulus terrestris) — Fruit — 1.5 g per 100 ml
• Kulth (Dolichos biflorus) — Seeds — 1 g per 100 ml
• Ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi) — Seeds — 1 g per 100 ml

Take 30 ml liquid mixed with 30 ml warm water, OR as directed by the physician. Shake well before each use. Consume contents within 30 days of opening the bottle.
