• Akshiki phala (Morinda citrifolia) — 2000 mg per 30 ml
• Kokum (Garcinia indica) — 50 mg per 30 ml
• Kesar (Crocus sativus) — 5 mg per 30 ml
• Sugar free base — q.s.

First 3 days — 5 ml twice daily. 4th–6th day — 10 ml twice daily. 7th day onwards — 15–30 ml twice daily or as directed by the physician. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Shake well before use.
