2 Capsules 3 times a day after meal, with water.

Discontinue use and seek medical advice if any adverse reaction occurs. Ashwagandha: Avoid in hyperthyroidism; may potentiate sedatives and thyroid medications; avoid in pregnancy. Shilajit: Avoid in hemochromatosis or high serum iron; use purified (shodhit) form only; not recommended in active gout. Vidarikand: Contains phytoestrogens — caution in estrogen-sensitive conditions; limited safety data in pregnancy — avoid without medical supervision. Giloy (Guduchi): Monitor closely in autoimmune conditions — may overstimulate immune response; caution with immunosuppressant drugs. Yashtimadhu: May raise blood pressure — avoid or use with caution in hypertension; may cause fluid retention and low potassium with prolonged use; interacts with antihypertensives, corticosteroids, and diuretics. Kaunch Beej (Kaucha): Contains L-DOPA; avoid or use with caution in Parkinson's disease patients on levodopa without physician oversight; may cause nausea at high doses. Amla: High doses may cause loose stools; may enhance anticoagulant effects — caution with blood thinners.
