Take twice a day with milk or warm water.

Consult a qualified physician or Ayurvedic practitioner before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, or on medication. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if any adverse reaction occurs. Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus): avoid in estrogen-sensitive conditions without medical advice; may cause fluid retention; caution in severe kidney disease. Ashwagandha (Withania somenifera): avoid in hyperthyroidism; may potentiate sedatives and thyroid medications; avoid in pregnancy. Supari (Areca catechu): contains arecoline alkaloid; long-term or high-dose use is not recommended; not for children. Store in a cool and dry place; keep the container air tight closed.

Evespar granules is used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections. It may also be used to prevent certain bacterial infections. Erythromycin is known as a macrolide antibiotic. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria.
