Take 30 ml of 'CardioMart' with 100 ml of lukewarm water at morning with empty stomach. Then don't take any meal for an hour, but drink water (lukewarm water is preferable) as much as you can drink comfortably; OR take it as directed by a physician. Note: Use half dose for children below than 14 years. Don't exceed the quantity more than 60 ml in a day. Strictly not for pregnant and lactating women.

Yashtimadhu (Liquorice/Glycyrrhiza glabra) may raise blood pressure — caution in hypertension; avoid in pregnancy at medicinal doses; interacts with antihypertensives, corticosteroids, and diuretics. Store in a cool, dry and dark place. Cap it properly after every use.
